Submission Guidelines

Updated on 7 July 2017. welcomes articles from contributors outside of our regular pool of writers. Having your work included in our website is a great way to gain exposure to other audiences for both of us. It can help promote both our information, products, services, and other intellectual endeavors.
Please read our submission guidelines below before sending us any web content. We will only consider those who follow our rules. We look forward to receiving your articles and sharing it with our readers.
Article Format
  1. Articles must be in either .txt, .rtf, .doc, or .docx formats or within an email.
  2. On the first line of your manuscript, write the title of your article or blog. Write your full name or pen name on the second line.
  3. Align your text to the left only. Do not use any formatting. Our editing department will format your article.
  4. Articles should be between 500 to 2,000 words.

  5. Although some of our articles are advertorial in nature, we will not accept advertorials from contributors.

Photograph, Sound and Video Requirements
  1. Contributors should provide their photographs to go with their articles.
  2. Do not insert photographs, sound files, or videos into the text. Submit these files separately with an instruction on where they are inserted.
  3. Provide the proper copyright credit of the accompanying photograph.
  4. All photographs must be of high resolution of at least 300 dpi. We recommend the image size of 864 px x 328 px.
  5. Photographs must be large enough to include in your article. We cannot enlarge an image without losing resolution or quality.
  6. We accept .jpg or .png image file formats.
  7. Sound files must be in .mp3 format.
  8. Provide the proper copyright credit of the accompanying sound file.
  9. Video files must be in .flv or .mp4 formats.
